This policy covers litl’s pre-launch website and waitlist. Joining our waitlist is not an enrolment in clinical care.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, email address, consent to receive launch communications and the date of your submission. Please do not submit health information through the waitlist.
How we use your information
We use these details to manage the waitlist and send you information about our November 2026 launch, founding-member offer and enrolment. Joining does not start a subscription, take payment or establish clinical eligibility.
Email consent and your choices
Consent is optional and is requested before you submit the waitlist form. You can unsubscribe from launch emails at any time using the unsubscribe option in those emails. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of communications already sent with your consent.
Storage and service providers
Waitlist details are stored using Lovable Cloud. Access through this website is restricted: visitors cannot view other people’s submissions. Technology providers may process information to operate the website and store submissions, including through infrastructure outside Australia. No payment details are collected by the waitlist.
Retention and access
Waitlist information is used for the purposes described above. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information by replying to a litl launch email. Retention may be required where applicable legal obligations apply.
Clinical information
This waitlist does not collect clinical records. Information about privacy and consent for clinical care will be provided separately before enrolment. Medical treatment is subject to an individual assessment by a clinician.
Privacy questions and complaints
You can raise a privacy question or complaint by replying to a litl launch email. If your concern is not resolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
