A thorough beginning
We take time to understand your health, medical history, previous experiences and goals. Baseline blood tests form part of the assessment before treatment, alongside a discussion of the options suitable for you.

Your story matters. Build an ongoing relationship with a familiar team, with time to talk about what is working, what is difficult and what comes next.

Build an ongoing relationship with your doctor and nurse, with time to understand your history, answer your questions and support your progress.

Monthly doctor reviews and weekly nurse check-ins, with attention to how you’re feeling, your progress and any concerns as treatment changes.
Your progress, your goals, and your care team, all in one place. The litl app makes it easy to stay on track and helps your doctor and nurse understand how you’re getting on between appointments.

Record your weight and see your progress through clear, easy-to-understand graphs.
A simple symptom tracker to record side effects, symptoms and how you’re feeling over time.
Explore nutritious, protein-rich recipes, food tracking, movement ideas and personalised movement goals.
Record injections, see your schedule and use reminder features.
See your goals, current priorities, planned reviews and steps towards longer-term health.
See your familiar doctor and nurse, view upcoming appointments, request another appointment and complete your regular check-ins.
When you record your progress in the litl app, your doctor and nurse can use those updates during your regular reviews. Instead of starting from scratch, your team can see how things have been going, understand any side effects, and help tailor your care as your needs change.

The same doctor. The same nurse. A team that knows your journey.
litl isn’t simply somewhere you get a prescription. It’s ongoing medical care, with a familiar team who understands your progress, supported by an easy-to-use app. App entries are reviewed at your scheduled appointments; they are not continuously monitored and are not a way to get an urgent medical response. Appointment requests are confirmed by our team. In an emergency, call 000.
We deliberately limit patient numbers so our team has time to listen, follow up and get to know you. We welcome patients gradually, helping us protect the personal care we set out to offer.
